DOES THE TOUR HAVE AN OFFICIAL GUIDE?
No. Our skippers can provide some general information about the monuments and history when asked. Official guide during the tour on request with extra cost.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DAILY AND PRIVATE TOURS?
The regular tours depart at fixed hours and with other participants on board; In private tours only your group with the skipper is on board and you can also choose the departure time.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS?
Comfortable clothes and sport shoes. Warm coat in the winter. We have blankets on board. Sunglasses and sunscreen in the summer.
WHERE IS THE MEETING POINT?
Our Van in located in Doca do Bom Sucesso, facing gate 11 of the marina. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time for registration.
WHERE IS THE BOARDING & LANDING PLACE?
Marina Doca do Bom Sucesso in Belém, between Discovery Monument and Belem Tower.
WHICH IS THE DISTANCE FROM LISBON CITYCENTER TO THE MARINA?
Around 15/20 minutes by car from Cais do Sodré/Terreiro do Paço to Belém. Please be aware of potential traffic.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO LAND IN THE CITY CENTER?
No, our boats cannot moor there.
CAN I TAKE MY FOOD AND DRINKS ON BOARD?
Yes, you can bring food and drinks (water, juice, coke)
IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON BOARD?
Yes, but in a moderate quantity for safety reasons. If you are bringuing your food and drinks alchool beverages have to be approved prior to reservation.
CAN I DIVE/SWIM IN THE RIVER?
No, it`s forbidden, howeer it is allowed in the sea and you can do this on the beach tours.

FOR PRIVATE BOAT TOURS
Payment of 50% deposit upon booking and remaining 50% until 1 week before boarding.
FOR DAILY BOAT TOURS
Full pre-payment upon booking.

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT TAGUSCRUISES CANCELS A RESERVATION?
Only due to weather conditions,boat unexpected breakdown severe weather , like strong rain, fog or heavy winds. We guarantee 100% refund of the received amount in this cases
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A COSTUMER TO CANCEL A RESERVATION?
Yes. The refund will be according to time of cancelation before the reserved date:
MORE THAN 30 DAYS
80% refund of the received amount.
29 TO 16 DAYS
65% refund of the received amount.
15 TO 8 DAYS
50% refund of the received amount.
7 DAYS OR LESS
